Intensive Management Mode

“Company+Bases+ Farmers”

Taking forestry industrialization as the development goal, Kangxin company cultivates its forestry bases all over the country and invests heavily in developing high quality saplings under the guidance of its leadership’s development concept—“increase varieties, expand nurseries, cultivate and plant independently, promote afforestation”. Till now, we have developed our forestry bases of nearly 650,000 mu (≈43,333 hectares). These bases mainly adopt the following four business modes in order to achieve a win-win situation between the company and farmers.

※ Rent barren hills and wasteland, collective land, to build our own agricultural base;

※ Cooperate with farmers to build the forestry bases. Farmers invest with their lands, we invest with our nursery stock, capital and technology;

※ Develop order-oriented enterprise. The company and large industrial enterprises such as paper mills signed long-term strategic cooperation agreements, to build professional wood bases;

※ Employ local labor force and use idle land resources, to enable farmers to participate in the company’s intensive management mode towards its fast-growing high-yielding forestry base maintenance, thus to achieve a win-win situation between them.
